About The Trust
The Yarmouth Conservation Trust is dedicated to the protection of open space in the town of Yarmouth. The Trust accepts gifts of property to be preserved as open space and works with owners to establish conservation restrictions on all or a portion of their property to protect it from future development. It has also "undeveloped" three properties along Route 28 by creating parks at the sites of former businesses with unsightly rundown buildings.

Membership Costs
Individuals are encouraged to become members of the Yarmouth Conservation Trust with annual dues of $20 for a family membership and $25 for a business membership. Dues, other cash contributions, gifts of securities, or gifts of land are all welcome and are deductible for federal income tax purposes.
